How to Bridge to Elysium and Buy Your First Coin (Nov 9 Guide)

ElyScreener · November 6, 2026

To use Elysium you need HYPE on the Elysium network itself, not just on Hyperliquid or HyperEVM. The route is: get HYPE, move it to HyperEVM, bridge it to Elysium (chain ID 99901), then trade. Mainnet opens on November 9, 2026. This guide covers every route, what is confirmed and what is not, and how to buy your first coin safely.

The short version

  1. Get HYPE (from an exchange, or by swapping on Hyperliquid).
  2. Send it to your own wallet on HyperEVM (chain ID 999).
  3. Bridge HYPE from HyperEVM to Elysium (chain ID 99901).
  4. Add Elysium to your wallet, check the balance, and trade from ElyScreener or any launchpad.

HYPE is Elysium's gas token. It moves across 1:1 and no extra token is needed. Details on why are in What is Elysium? and Elysium gas fees.

Three networks, three balances

Most "my money disappeared" panic on a new chain is just a wallet pointed at the wrong network.

NetworkChain IDWhat it is
HyperCore / Hyperliquidnone (not an EVM chain)The Hyperliquid exchange side, where spot and perps live
HyperEVM999Hyperliquid's EVM layer, where Elysium settles
Elysium99901The Layer-2 with the launchpads and memecoins

HYPE on one of these does not show on the others until you move it. More background in Hyperliquid vs HyperEVM vs Elysium.

Route 1: you already hold HYPE on HyperEVM

This is the simplest route and the one the official tooling is built for.

  1. Open the wallet that holds HYPE on HyperEVM.
  2. Use the Elysium bridge (Kinetiq's official one when it opens with mainnet, or a launchpad's bridge page) and pick HyperEVM to Elysium.
  3. Enter the amount and confirm. Arrival usually takes seconds to a couple of minutes.
  4. Switch your wallet to Elysium and check the balance.

Bridge a bit more than you plan to spend. Every buy, approval and sell costs a little HYPE in gas, and you do not want coins you cannot sell because the gas ran out.

Route 2: you only have money on an exchange

  1. Buy HYPE on an exchange that lists it.
  2. Withdraw to your own wallet address using the HyperEVM network option, if the exchange offers it. Exchange support differs, so read the network list before you send, and test with a small amount first.
  3. Once it lands on HyperEVM, follow Route 1.

If your exchange cannot withdraw to HyperEVM, the fallback is to deposit to Hyperliquid first (Route 3) and move HYPE across from there.

Route 3: you hold USDC or another coin

Hyperliquid accepts USDC deposits from Arbitrum. A typical path is:

  1. Deposit USDC to your Hyperliquid account.
  2. Buy HYPE in the spot market.
  3. Transfer the HYPE to your HyperEVM address (Hyperliquid's own transfer option).
  4. Bridge to Elysium as in Route 1.

Check the current steps on hyperliquid.xyz, because interfaces change. Never type your seed phrase into any bridge or "support" page.

Route 4: bridging straight from Ethereum, Solana or other chains

This is the part everyone is asking about, so here is what is known. Cross-chain router Relay has teased "coming soon" support for the Hyperliquid ecosystem with Elysium tagged, and Elysium's account acknowledged it. Which chains, which tokens and what date have not been published. Other aggregators and wallet bridge menus are also expected to add Elysium over time, but none of that is confirmed for day one.

Avoid fake bridges on mainnet day

New chains attract fake bridge sites, fake "claim" pages and copied launchpad links. A few rules keep you safe:

More on this in Is Elysium safe? and the airdrop scam guide.

After the bridge: buy your first coin

  1. Open ElyScreener. The home page ranks launchpads by 24-hour volume. Use the New tab for fresh coins or search by contract address.
  2. Check the Safety label, top-10 holder share and bot clusters before buying.
  3. Press Connect, pick an amount of HYPE, and check the quote under "You receive".
  4. Start small and sell a little back to confirm the coin can be sold.

FAQ

How do I bridge to Elysium?

Hold HYPE on HyperEVM, then use the Elysium bridge to send it from HyperEVM to Elysium (chain ID 99901). HYPE arrives 1:1 and is used for gas and trading.

Can I bridge USDC to Elysium?

Not directly, as far as is confirmed. The safe path is to turn USDC into HYPE through Hyperliquid, move it to HyperEVM, then bridge. Direct USDC routes may appear through cross-chain routers later.

Can I bridge from Ethereum or Solana to Elysium?

Not confirmed at launch. Relay has teased Hyperliquid ecosystem support with Elysium tagged, but chains and dates are unpublished. This page will be updated when routes go live.

What do I need to trade on Elysium?

A wallet with the Elysium network added and some HYPE on it. HYPE pays gas and is the main trading pair.

How long does bridging take?

Deposits from HyperEVM typically arrive within seconds to a couple of minutes. Withdrawals back are slower because of the challenge period.

Is bridging to Elysium safe?

The bridge itself is only as safe as the site you use. Use verified links, never share your seed phrase, and test with a small amount.

Not financial advice. Memecoins can go to zero. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
