Elysium DEX Guide: Where to Swap Tokens on Hyperliquid's L2
On Elysium you can swap on Nest, a DEX live from the first mainnet block, on launchpad pools, through aggregators like KyberSwap and apps built on the 0x swap API, and directly from ElyScreener's in-site Buy/Sell. Dawn has committed to launch and Uniswap is coming. For most memecoins, the best price is whichever pool holds the most liquidity, so check that before you swap.
This guide lists every place to trade on Elysium as of November 4, 2026, explains how they differ, and gives practical slippage and liquidity tips. If you have never swapped on the chain, our step-by-step how to buy coins on Elysium is the better starting point.
Which DEXs are on Elysium?
| Venue | Type | Status at mainnet | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nest | DEX | Live from the first mainnet block | Day-one swaps and pools |
| Dawn | DEX | Committed | Check once live |
| Uniswap | DEX | Coming | Familiar interface once deployed |
| KyberSwap | Aggregator | Says it is ready | Routing across pools |
| 0x-powered apps | Aggregator API | Elysium trades from day 1 | Swaps inside wallets and apps you already use |
| Launchpad pools | Bonding curve, then pool | Live | New memecoins |
| ElyScreener in-site swap | Trade from the screener | Live | Checking safety and trading in one place |
Fees, supported tokens and pool types on each venue were not all public at the time of writing. Check each venue's interface before you trade, and confirm which pool a swap actually routes through.
What is Nest?
Nest is a DEX that is live from Elysium's first mainnet block. That makes it the first stop for anyone who wants to swap HYPE, USDC and early tokens on launch day. As with any new DEX, start small and check the pool's liquidity on the token page before a large swap.
What about Dawn and Uniswap?
Dawn has committed to launch on Elysium, and Uniswap has been reported as coming. Neither should be assumed live on November 9. When they arrive, liquidity will likely be split across several venues for a while, which is exactly when an aggregator helps.
Some launchpads already use Uniswap-style code. Most pads graduate coins from a bonding curve into Uniswap v3 or v4-style pools paired with wrapped HYPE (WHYPE) or USDC, and Montra is built on Uniswap v4. So you may trade against Uniswap-style pools before the official Uniswap deployment.
Should I use an aggregator on Elysium?
An aggregator checks several pools and splits your order across them for a better price. On Elysium you have two options from day one:
- KyberSwap has said it is ready for Elysium.
- Apps using the 0x swap API get Elysium trades from day 1. If your wallet or trading app uses 0x under the hood, you may be able to swap on Elysium without opening a new site.
Aggregators are most useful for larger trades and for tokens listed on more than one pool. For a fresh memecoin that only exists on its launchpad curve, an aggregator may not find it at all, and the pad or a screener is the way in.
How do launchpad pools work?
Coins launched on Boxa, Kleos, ElysPump, Elyxa, Stockium and the other pads start on a bonding curve. You buy from the curve, and the price rises as supply is sold. When the curve completes, the coin graduates into a regular pool. Ascend is a notable exception, using USDC-paired concentrated-liquidity pools from the start. See our Ascend launchpad guide for details.
Before graduation, liquidity is whatever the curve holds. After graduation, it is whatever was seeded into the pool. Both can be thin. Compare the pads in Elysium launchpads compared.
How does the ElyScreener in-site swap work?
ElyScreener has Buy and Sell buttons on every coin page. You connect your own wallet and sign the trade yourself; ElyScreener never holds your funds. The advantage is context: the Safety label, holder bubble map, bot clusters, creator activity and smart-money buys sit right next to the trade button, so you check before you click.
It works for coins across every Elysium launchpad, including ones not yet listed on aggregators. Brand-new coins appear in the New tab minutes after launch.
How do I avoid bad fills? Slippage and liquidity tips
- Look at liquidity first. A coin with a few thousand dollars in its pool will move a lot on a modest order. Keep your order a small fraction of pool liquidity.
- Set slippage on purpose. Low slippage on deep pairs like HYPE/USDC. Higher on fresh memecoins, but never so high that a sandwich or a sudden move costs you most of the trade.
- Split big orders. Two or three smaller swaps often beat one large one on thin pools.
- Test the sell. On any new token, do a tiny buy and a tiny sell first. That catches tokens with transfer tricks or broken pools.
- Match the contract. Tickers get copied. Always confirm the contract address on ElyScreener.
- Keep HYPE for gas. Even USDC trades need HYPE for fees. Our gas fee guide explains how little you need.
Elysium has no public mempool, and transactions in a block are ordered by priority fee. That changes the front-running picture compared with chains where pending transactions are visible, but it does not remove price impact or bad liquidity. Only trade amounts you can afford to lose; nothing here is financial advice.
Rule of thumb: if the quoted price impact is above a few percent, stop and check the pool. Either liquidity is thin or you are routing through the wrong pool.
FAQ
What is the main DEX on Elysium?
Nest is live from the first mainnet block, so it is the first DEX available. Dawn has committed and Uniswap is coming, so the picture will change in the weeks after launch.
Is Uniswap on Elysium?
Uniswap is reported as coming to Elysium but is not confirmed live at mainnet. Many launchpad pools already use Uniswap v3 or v4-style code.
Can I use KyberSwap on Elysium?
KyberSwap has said it is ready for Elysium. It is useful for routing larger trades across multiple pools.
How do I swap memecoins on Elysium?
Buy on the launchpad or use ElyScreener's in-site Buy/Sell with your own wallet. Check the Safety label and liquidity before you trade.
What slippage should I use on Elysium?
Low for deep pairs like HYPE/USDC, higher for fresh memecoins. Keep your order small relative to pool liquidity rather than raising slippage to force a fill.
Do I need HYPE to swap on Elysium?
Yes. HYPE is Elysium's gas token, so you need a small amount even when trading USDC pairs.
